Screeenings
During the seminar a screening of The Cosmonaut (first transmedia Spanish production financed by crowfunding) will take place. The movie will be presented by its director, Nicolás Alcalá and the poet Yago Ferreiro, whose book “Poética para cosmonautas” is behind the original idea of this production.
Please send proposals (a 500-word abstract and a short bio) for 20-minute papers via e-mail to nrs@ugr.es no later than March 17th, 2014. Proposals are accepted both in Spanish and English. If English is chosen a presentation in Spanish is kindly requested.
Arrangements are being made to publish a volume with the texts delivered after the presentations. Presenters will be provided with instructions for the edition of their texts.
Participants and presenters at the Seminar will get a certificate by the organizing institutions (Faculty of Communication & Documentation; Dept. of Information & Communication and UGR Campus of Excellence, CEI BioTic).
First University Award “Transmedia Storytelling” CEI BioTic: During the Seminar the First University Award in “Transmedia Storytelling” will be officially presented. This prize is financed by the UGR International Campus of Excellence CEI BioTic. The rules and deadlines of the contest will be published in advance at the Faculty of Communication & Documentación, CEI BioTic and the Seminar web pages.
